Hi Andrew,
I just received the copy of your book yesterday (unsurprisingly, I haven’t read it yet!) which I ordered from Amazon. I’ll bet you’re delighted to finally have the book published, available internationally on Amazon, and stocked by dozens of third-party retailers! (I can’t work out how the 3rd party sellers on Amazon Marketplace manage to consistently under-cut Amazon’s already-reduced prices.)
You do, however, need to change the style of links on your blog… they’re indistinguishable from the rest of the text!

one of the main reasons for my liking this site – its uncluttered and is a straight forward Brit perspective written from Japan – the last time I checked there are only 23,000 of us.
Our American Cousins have us out-numbered 10-1.

I finally got around to finding a replacement theme that I liked enough. I still prefer the previous theme, but i could never find a way to manually change the link colours, so had to give up on it finally.
